Do I need a full technical specification before contacting you?
No. Tell us about your business, the challenges you face, or the idea you want to bring to life. Turning that into requirements and a project scope is part of our discovery stage.
What does DuoGen build?
Websites, e-commerce stores, business management software, CRM and sales systems, web and mobile applications, business automation, and integrations between the tools you already use.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We start by understanding your requirements, then discuss the problem and potential approaches with you, and finally define a suitable project scope and next steps.
How do you run a project?
In six stages: discover, define, design, develop, validate and launch, then improve and expand. Each stage ends with something you can review, such as documented requirements, a design direction, or a working build.
Which technologies do you use?
Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS on the frontend; Node.js and REST APIs on the backend; Firebase and managed cloud services for data; and Flutter for mobile apps. Each project uses what serves it best.
Can you connect a new system to the tools we already use?
Yes. We integrate payment providers, business APIs, cloud services, CRM and ERP systems, and analytics tools, so your systems share data instead of working in isolation.
Do you support the product after launch?
Launch steps and post-launch support expectations are agreed before development begins. After launch we review feedback and can continue with enhancements, integrations, and maintenance where agreed.
Where are your clients based?
Anywhere. We build websites, web and mobile apps, and business software for companies across India and in other countries, and we can work fully remotely.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work remotely with clients abroad through written updates and regular video calls. Data handling, security and any data-processing terms are set out in the project agreement — see our Privacy Policy for details.
